Creative Strategies Group announces the signing of Colfax Marathon

The Kaiser Permanente Colfax Marathon has selected Creative Strategies Group (CSG) as their exclusive sponsorship representation agency beginning with the May 15, 2011 race.

“As one of the major running events in the Denver Metro, we are excited for the great opportunities the marathon provides its sponsors,” said CSG CEO Bruce Erley. “It is great compliment to our other lifestyle events such as the Coldwell Bank Denver Century Ride.”

The Kaiser Permanente Colfax Marathon is known for its community impact as it offers the opportunity for nonprofit organizations to raise funds for their various causes. This coming year, 150 charitable partners are expected to be represented.

Furthering the strong sense of community of the Colfax Marathon is the joint leadership of city leaders ranging from Mayor John Hickenlooper of Denver, Mayor Bob Murphy of Lakewood, & Mayor Ed Tauer of Aurora.

With a full marathon, half marathon, marathon relay, 5K run, and Kid’s Marathon Mile, there is something to offer participants of all skill levels. In addition to title sponsor Kaiser Permanente, other key partners/sponsors of the Kaiser Permanente Colfax Marathon include The Denver Post, 9News, Comcast, The Children’s Hospital, RTD, and the Denver Athletic Club.
